• Purchase information: When you buy a licence key, your payment and email address are handled by Payhip. We receive a copy of your email address so we can send you your licence key and provide support. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Payhip and their payment processors.
• Licence key usage: When you enter your licence key on our website, it is verified against our server. We do not log personal identifying information during this process beyond what is needed to confirm the key is valid.
• Local storage: Once your licence key is verified, your unlock status is saved in your browser's local storage so you don't need to re-enter it. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Contact enquiries: If you email us, we will retain that correspondence in order to respond to and resolve your enquiry.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store:

• Names, addresses, or phone numbers
• Information about children using the games — the games run entirely in the browser and collect no data
• Behavioural tracking data or browsing history
• Cookies beyond what is necessary for the site to function

Children's privacy

Our games are designed for children, but accounts and purchases are made by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The games themselves run entirely within the browser and do not transmit any data. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us in error, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

How we use your information

Your email address is used only to:

• Deliver your licence key after purchase
• Respond to support or general enquiries
• Notify you of important updates to the service (infrequently)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your email address for as long as your licence is active or as required to provide support. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@kiwiandkoala.com.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
